Open Webex and sign in.

2

When you're not in a meeting, click Settings Settings button represented by a cog icon in the navigation sidebar, and then click Video.

When you're in a meeting, hover over your self-view video, click More options More Options button > Video Settings.

3

Scroll down to Incoming video and choose the Maximum layout quality.

If you choose a better quality, it requests higher resolution video, which uses more bandwidth and CPU. Conversely, selecting a lower quality requests lower resolution video, using less bandwidth and CPU.

Default is the value set by your Webex administrator.

Some of the options may not be available, depending on your computer's performance.

4

Click Save.

On Mac only, this setting replaces the Increase video resolution limits check box that was in Settings > Meetings > Layout.

If Increase video resolution limits was checked, we set Maximum layout quality to Highest by default, if your computer's performance supports it. If Increase video resolution limits was unchecked, we set Maximum layout quality to Default, which is the value set by your Webex administrator.
